David Miller 6b5d5953b6 added vendor directory and gulp support for better dependency organization and compiling less and js files

removed timeline css and merged it with the theme css and added gulp
support for a browser sync task as well for easier development

removed composer package until the repo issue is resolved - added
minified versions into the bower.json for when the repo issue is
resolved

DataTables Plugins

This repository contains a collection of plug-ins for the jQuery DataTables table enhancer. These plug-ins are feature enhancing for the DataTables library, adding extra options to core functionality such as additional sort algorithms, API methods and pagination controls. The plug-ins should not be confused with DataTables "extras" which are more significant software libraries which add additional features to DataTables.

This repository holds the following plug-in types for DataTables:

Each directory has an index.html file which is used to generate the plug-ins documentation on DataTables.net and describes how plug-ins can be used.
